As SkyAlps I would like to also share my planned data in the NeTEx format, so that I can be also included in the MaaS4Italy pilot activities

As Open Data Hub we are able to provide SkyAlps in GTFS format. Thanks to contacts with Liguria Digitale, we have received the information about this GTFS -> NeTEx converter: https://developers.italia.it/it/software/a4c48ddf-7156-4327-a62b-66fc15f1c6f3

The request is to:

• deploy this converter in our infrastructure so that we can automatically generate SkyAlps planned data in NeTEx (e.g. once a day)
• make the NeTEx export available on https://transmodel.api.opendatahub.com, so that we can then integrate it in the overall NeTEx export for the National Access Point

@rcavaliere I've put up an implementation of this in testing.
Currently I'm using a static .xml file generated by the tool, the automation to refresh it is still missing.

To maintain consistency and integration in the API, we're not just returning the static file, but use it as a data source instead, and generate the XML ourselves, as we do with parking and sharing services.
This is a bit more complicated, but it allows us to integrate the flight data together with other datasets (or other flight data sources) into one endpoint.
