Pull benchmarking info from tracing logs

We've accumulated various scripts for measuring the timings of various operations (compilation/execution/etc).

A cleaner way of doing this would be to extract this information from the tracing logs nargo emits. This will allow us to just do a single nargo execute and pull out both compilation and execution times without the need for some of the hoop jumping from #6827.
