Change styling so that author photos and byline receive more emphasis

Current thinking, per @alykat's wireframes, is that the photos and byline will sit above the post content.

These author photos are not currently used in the liveblog, but the hrefs should be in the authors spreadsheet, alongside the reporter's title; implementation will be similar to how photos are used in the annotations rig.
