configure in the build script fails with the following message on Travis:

configure: error: libgnurx is required to build file(1) with MinGW

This is interesting, because resolving this issue on Ubuntu required moving the libgnurx include and lib files into the MinGW search path. The script does this, so I'm not sure why this fails on Travis.
