Refresh indicator doesn't appear on first load

This was a problem created by me in the first place.

When the app is first opened while it loads data, the table view scrolls down properly but the refresh control is hidden for some reason.

Huh. Tried for ages trying to fix this, to no avail. Any idea on the cause?

Hmm, I'm not quite sure either. I'll try making a test app using it, and if that doesn't work, I'll test our app in the 9.3 simulator. Either way I'll probably be filing a radar.
