Version 2.0 of TLP was released in August of 2022:
https://www.first.org/tlp/

Version of 2.0 essentially changes "WHITE" to "CLEAR" and introduces AMBER+STRICT.

Note that in CSAF 2.0, it states that the default TLP URL is https://www.first.org/tlp/, but that default now points to version 2.0 of the TLP not version 1.0.
