After results have been posted, update the topic of the IRC channel with information of the next event. An example template of the topic is:

FORMULA 1 STC SAUDI ARABIAN GRAND PRIX 2022: Quali @ Sat • 17:00 | Jeddah Corniche Circuit | Length: 6.174 km | Distance: 50 laps, 308.45 km | Lap record: 1:30.734 (🇬🇧 L. Hamilton, Mercedes, 2021)

The event name and time is available from livetiming.formula1.com but track information isn't. Need a way to programatically parse the information available here: https://www.formula1.com/en/racing/2021/Saudi_Arabia/Circuit.html
