Include PostgreSQL and Oracle schema SQL files when generating

Describe the bug

The Docker container only allows generating MySQL dumps for GTFS Madrid Bench.
However, in the utils folder, the schemas for Oracle and PostgreSQL are also available. It would be great that you can not only generate SQL dumps for MySQL but also the other RDBs with the Docker container

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the Docker
2. Only MySQL is available as output

Expected behavior

All supported RDBs can be selected in the Docker
