BUG: burn rate incorrect on dashboard- oxygen #96

This bug was observed in various facilities.

The burn rate was highly inflated for many facilities.

The personally checked this facility. At no point has the facility entered such high consumption.

The same bug was reported for the following facilities:
Akshaya
lourde
devamatha
CA hospital,
ps mission hospital
SREE Narayana

Please fix it at the earliest
