I know it's already been asked and answered but one short answer doesn't really help. Not everyone is tech savvy.

I'm sorry if I sound rude when I'm just a user with no contributions, I'm just frustrated. Most answered with changing dynarec to 1 and I don't know where it is or which one

Use max compatibility or default + compatibility preset on dynarec settings if you want to install games.
