[Feature Request] Application Search should auto update

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Application Search seems to require a manual refresh to find newly installed apps.

Describe the solution you'd like
Applicaiton Search should monitor for changes in the application paths and refresh if a change occurs in any of those paths.

As a workaround you can use the "automatic rescan" option in the search engine settings.
