There was no MSF Oversight meeting today.
There was a MSF Standards Registry working group meeting yesterday (29 November 2022). Shirley (@pcsmgnt) attended that meeting and will update.

@sindhu drafted a group charter for MSF delegates, based on previous discussions and @funksoup's scope of work draft on Miro.
Brief discussion:

• @sindhu brought up the need for defining 'work group' vs 'delegate' i.e., MSF delegates -- and that maybe this should be defined on the github README
• definition of 'attending OMI meetings regularly' discussed; @funksoup suggested going through calendar of MSF meetings and each delegate selecting which ones they were going to, so not everyone has to go to everything

Draft of group charter for MSF delegates

During the last MSF Oversight meeting on 16 November 2022, a fiduciary responsibility for board seats was discussed, and this was subsequently discussed in OMI's MSF-delegates as well as the OMI weekly meeting. A lot of concern was voiced around the fee structure and how to keep it open yet sustainable. @sindu also drafted some proposed MSF membership requirements.
