The OMI Scripting Working Group discusses interoperable metaverse scripting between platforms. Our group also considers recommendations for platform implementors on safety, security and compatibility. The group is comprised of representatives from virtual world platforms and other creators working on the metaverse.
We host our weekly meetings live on Discord on Thursdays from 1700 - 1800 UTC in the #omi-weekly-meeting voice channel. Our meeting agendas and notes can be found in GitHub discussions and other discussions take place in the #omi-scripting-group discord channel.
Note: currently the meetups alternate each week between Developer Happy Hours (open chat and dev demos) and semi-formal group scoping discussions.
