The tag has relatively low usage, but having such preset would prevent mistagging such shops as shop=mobile_phone.

I support the creation of this new tagging scheme as lots of small shops specialized on accessories, rather than mobile phones are wrongly tagged as shop=mobile_phone, probably due to lacking for suggestions by OSM editors.

I don't support adding this preset. For mobile phone accesories shops we already have shop=mobile_phone with the definition "A shop that primarily sells mobile phones and accessories.".

There are indeed shops that sell both mobile phones and accessories, but there are also shops that sell exclusively phone accessories. In the latter case, shop=mobile_phone would be inaccurate since no phones are sold there.
