Update doc for allowing deployment on "non-empty" resource group

#333 supports customers deploy WLS offers to a "non-empty" resource group.

We have to update the offer doc to remove the "empty resource group" requirement.

Changes:

1. Table 2-1 Fields in the Basics Blade: Project details -> Resource group , modify

   If you have an existing resource group into which you want to deploy this solution, you can enter its name here; however, the resource group must have no pre-existing resources in it.
