[Suggestion] Add #Chatcontrol into "Recent news about breaking E2EE on centralized instant messengers"

#Chatcontrol is a recent European regulation passed on July 6, 2021 by the European Parliament (on 537: only 133 voted against and 20 abstentied).
As described here: "The EU decided to let providers search all private chats, messages, and emails automatically for suspicious content – generally and indiscriminately. The stated aim: To prosecute child pornography. The result: Mass surveillance by means of fully automated real-time messaging and chat control and the end of secrecy of digital correspondence."
Moreover: "But this is not the end of the story: For autumn 2021, European Commission announced that it will propose a follow-up legislation that will make the use of chatcontrol mandatory for all e-mail and messenger providers. This legislation might then also affect securely end-to-end encrypted communications."
It's interesting to note that majority of Europeans are against #Chatcontrol: 72% "against", 10% "don't know" and only 18% are "in favour":
My suggestion is to add this into "Recent news about breaking E2EE on centralized instant messengers", people should be aware about this regulation and its possible consequences.

Yes somehow I had missed this one, it should certainly be added. It certainly seems that child abuse material is being used as a vehicle by government/law enforcement to thwart end to end encryption in instant messaging applications.
