Surely its more convienient to have them on here? So we can link them to PRs? Suppose its not too hard to link to the forum idk

It's a nitpick but the privacy guides poster thing being called "system" looks a bit weird.

Also the FAQ isn't really a FAQ more like a code of conduct.

I would mention the lack of dark mode but you probably already have that on the roadmap. It does add to the inconsistency in the UI when you navigate between the main privacy guides site and the forum

Maybe it's a forum standard template but isn't keeping IP addresses for up to 5 years a bit long?

My browser's theme is currently dark.

It may be still be in light mode because Shields > Block fingerprinting is set to "Strict, may break sites." Perhaps you guys could add a button somewhere?

Yeah I agree. There's an option in brave flags to set dark mode with anti fingerprinting but that definitely makes you more fingerprintable and worsens those protections. Advise against it. There's also a manual button to toggle dark mode on the main site so it should be on the forum too.

Also RFP on firefox forces light mode with no option to change

Hm. I tried but the button plugin's code doesn't seem to be updated for Discourse's new sidebar layout. I don't really have the time to look at it now but if it gets fixed I'll add it. I might also suggest just making an account :)
