Proper localization support

Since we are basically doing it from a new base, I was wondering if you would set up a proper way to create a localized version of the website. Previously, as far I remember, we would fork the original repo, translate the website text, and host the static website yourself for each language.
Which, for most potential people who could help at localization, would be tiring to maintain, and difficult to co-organize except if you were translating it all by yourself.

A quick way of fixing that, would be to create a localized branch of the repo for each language, so people could start translating each version in a centralized way.
However, the obviously better way, who be to use a localization platform such as Weblate, Pontoon or https://translatewiki.net

AFAIK, we intend on using LocalisationLab, as per #294.
