TidesDB 0.2.0b

After a successful initial beta, I am introducing TidesDB v0.2.0b. I learned a lot from the initial beta and also reviewed many other open-source C projects to gain ideas on styling and structure. While not much has changed dramatically in terms of the API, I have finalized many features and low level algorithms. My goal was to make the code more user-friendly, stable, and avoid unnecessary complexities. With that keep on testing, identifying bugs, to get to the desired extremely stable state.
