Two main things I noticed with the water quality graph when using the iPad.

If you uncheck a box (to remove that graph from the display), as soon as you start scrolling on the screen, the box rechecks itself.
When you click on any of the data points, the graph image flashes at you, but I don't see any changes. Expect a pop up with info about the data point.

Personally, I think the page is still very functional even with these items. Marking this as low priority and may never fix.
