[5.0] Relocate the Helm Charts documentation from the orchestration page to the ocis-charts repo

Post a discussion with @tbsbdr @dragotin @wkloucek, @mmattel and final agreement of @hodyroff, it was decided to relocate the HC documentation in the orchestration page from the admin docs to preferrable the ocis-charts repo.

The proposal to do so ist the following in that order:

• Comment the section affected so it will not get rendered.
  This also gives us the possibility to easy reenable it.
• Move and transform the content to the ocis-charts repo.
  Note that the repo is using markdown because it is github while we use antora/asciidoc.
  Also note that the current content has a lot of already enriched information that needs transformation.
