errors in chat item

Hello,

I have successfully used rasa-ui with docker. It works fine for me. I still have a little problem, the chat item, provided with the GUI, classifies well user messages but in almot case does not give response to user message.

Attached an example for a user message "bye"

Note that connecting rasaui with slack work fine
