I was looking for some tools to create playlist.m3u8 that point to my other .m3u8 files.
I found yours but I don't know how to install and use it.
and how can I get my m3u8 files (of each video) url to generate master m3u8 file (playlist.m3u8)

another question that i forgot to say in the first issue is:
can I use this tool in windows (7 64bit)?
