Android guide app

Hey,
I've started working on a guide app for Android:

The main reason I needed that was to fix the Upload-Firmware/Language-pack issue with newer Android versions.

@menny thanks for getting in touch! At first I wasn't clear on what the app was other than a collection of links, but then I took a look at FileProxy.kt - cool! What can we do to help - is this just a request to add a resource to the wiki, or ? Thanks! 💙

It is mostly a request to add as a resource (in your Wiki?) for other Android users.
But, I'm also open to adding anything else that would be helping others to use Rebble.

I will publish this to the Play-Store in a couple of days (I want to remove the links and use WebView instead, keeping everything inside the app).
