Use JPG instead of PNG #97

It would be nice if there was an option to use JPG instead of PNG (either as a global option, or per upload).

The motivation is that sometimes people upload photos taken with the camera, which take too much space in lossless formats.

It may also be good if there was an option to reduce image dimensions.
