[Web App] Page refresh prevents selecting a value for filter

When a new filter is created, frequent page refreshes prevent the selection of a value for the filter from the drop down.
This is hard to reproduce, as it only happens "sometimes"

Does it happen "sometimes" for any property. Or does it happen "sometimes" on a specific property?
Do you have any idea, what causes the page refresh (some other job that you already started (e.g. add Dia), or something else)

I will need some more information, otherwise that is an issue that I don't know how to approach and is kind of a WONTFIX?!

It happens sometimes with the filters:

• mimetype - image/tiff
• after creating a second filter for compression_scheme, no type/value could be selected, because clicking on the drop down caused a re-rending (at least) of the filter-div.

We will try to reproduce it
