Petal setup is no longer valid with Tailwind 4.0 #380

Tailwind 4.0 beta is out and the setup instructions show that they merged the three imports:

@import "tailwindcss/base";
@import "tailwindcss/components";
@import "tailwindcss/utilities";

into a single import:

@import "tailwindcss";

This makes it impossible to import petal component css after the base but before components and utilities.
