Politely request release of 2.1.4

Hi, I submitted a patch to fix a type-spec which got merged 5 months ago and is currently the latest commit, and also the only change since 2.1.3.

Could I politely request that this be pushed out as 2.1.4 pls? The error causes warnings in the codebase i work on and I don't have the ability to pull directly from github in my corporate environment.
