Once panoramax supports "patch date", but blocked by https://gitlab.com/panoramax/server/api/-/issues/207

We'll also have to fix dates of images that have been uploaded using mapcomplete itselfs directly because of:
#2296

but the data is saved in panoramax, so it's also salvageable. we just need to run the same style of calls but for existing images (not from an import)
