Have an image upload field on the 'create a new note here' screen

Currently if someone wants to add an image to a new note they're creating. they first have to make the note and then add the image as a comment. While it would be more convenient to be able to add it directly to the main message of the note.

I'm a bit conflicted about this. We might get a lot of people who add notes to "map it later", e.g. pictures of stores, AEDs, ... without an explanation of what is wrong with OSM. Jakka won't know what to do with it.

Especially for anonymous users, I don't like this.
