Better maintainance of plugin #29

I'm doing a poor job of managing pull requests and generally keeping this plugin upto date.

One simple solution would be to give a wider pool of people write permissions to the repo, I would then only be a bottleneck for releasing.

An obvious candidate would be @tobiasstadler

A new release process is now in place, anyone with write access to the repo can now push a release to maven central by creatting a branch of the form

release/<version>

Myself @tobiasstadler @szpak and @philglover should therefore all have the ability to produce a release.
