Join address data gathering settings

I would like to be able to..

• Disable join address gathering
• Filter out specific join addresses from being gathered/shown on the web

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When Geyser is not set to forward hostname, Plan will gather the real IP address of the server. Hiding these after setting up host name forwarding would be helpful to users.

In addition to this the remove_join_addresses command should support removing single join address from all servers
