Viva Engage playlists not directing to correct content

Describe the bug

Assets in Viva Engage playlists are pointing to wrong content. These are the ones I have found so far:
Communities > Add community members with a csv file
Storyline > Why am i receiving the storyline updates
Answers in Viva > View similar or related quetions

Answer, update or react to a question
Explore and filter questions
Viva Engage Mobile app > Set up viva engage on your mobile

Learning Pathways version number

I just upgraded to 5.0.0.4 but it was there in the previous version I had installed too (which I think was 4.3)

Additional context

I have checked multiple tenancies I have access to and they all have this same issue
