User-created Category displays as alphanumeric code instead of Category name

When in Edit mode of a User-created Category, the Category name displays as alphanumeric code instead of the Category name.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Customized Learning page in MS365LP.
2. Go to a User-created Category
3. Click the Category name to open it.
4. Click Edit Detail.
5. Notice that the Category field changes to an alphanumeric code instead of the Category name.

Expected behavior

When clicking Edit Detail, the Category name should display instead of alphanumeric code, exactly as it is before Edit Detail is clicked.
