New status for completed campaigns

We have developed new statuses for completed campaigns and colour coding :,

1. Completed
2. Partially financed
3. Paused
4. Stopped from organizer
5. Blocked ( this will mean we podkprepi.bg has found some sort of fraud,)
   Please remove the old stamp for finalized camping s

Learn more button will be available for finalized campaigns as they are not available for donation
Click on the card and click on learn more both leads to the campaign page
We will add a active campaign status Monika
We will change the colour of blocked for red to grey Monika
Home page cards doesn't need to change as they are only for active campaigns for now

@sashko9807 after the latest updates from the design team, only 5 statuses will be required

• draft / Чернова
• active / Активна
• paused / На пауза
• suspended / Спряна
• completed / Завършена

@swolf86 A separate ticket will be created for the FE changes

@sashko9807 I played a bit with the campaign admin module and it seems that statuses like suspended/rejected, etc just hide the campaign from the website.

so please use Blocked/Спряна instead of Suspended
