Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open a video with a SponsorBlock segment.
  2. When video is minimized, go to SponsorBlock tab, and turn off "Skip marked segments".
  3. Maximize the video, then minimize again.

Expected behavior

"Skip marked segments" should stay off.

Actual behavior

"Skip marked segments" turns on again.

Additional information

I see you have a To Do: persist custom SponsorBlock segments in the database
I wasn't sure if that has anything to do with this bug.
