[Feature Request] Bring to focus the settings when Keyboard Settings is clicked in input-sources-applet

Cosmic-applets version: Latest git as of right now lol

Specific applet that this is regarding (if applicable): input-sources-applet (I think)

Issue/Bug description: When I click the input-sources-applet and click "Keyboard settings" to open the settings and add another language to my keyboard, the settings applet or window doesn't get highlighted and focused.

Took me a while to realize but I thought something was broken because nothing happened when I clicked it.

Turns out it was hiding behind my browser window (it was already opened at some point).

Would be nice if it brought the settings window into focus :)
