Greeter fails to initialise when no display is connected #167

Cosmic-greeter will fail to run properly if there is no display currently connected. The errors are displayed in the TTY when a display is connected.

I imagine the main situation in which this can occur is when a computer is started before the monitor it's connected to is powered on.
