[Feature Request] Restore minimized window on display where panel is clicked

When I am playing a full-screen game in one of my displays, I sometimes want to bring up a browser to interact with something while the game is going. Since I play games on the display I also use chrome on most frequently, when I select Chrome and click the window I want, it pops up under the game. When this happens I know I can go to the workspaces view and drag the window into a workspace on another monitor, but...

Would it be difficult to check that if you're interacting with the panel on display N, trying to bring up a window that is minimized on another screen, that it would bring up said window in the display that you're interacting with the panel currently?
