When clicking an icon on the panel (for instance, Chrome or Alacritty), the system will "freeze" for up to ten seconds before finally showing the window previews. Sometimes when this happens, the screen preview will say it is for the named application but will actually be for another application (for instance, sometimes my alacritty windows show up in the chrome window list.)
My gut says this is related to the GPU since we're talking about Chrome and Alacritty, I haven't seen this behavior from other panel icons so far (but then again, a lot of my daily grind is swapping between chrome and a terminal)
Let me know what else I can provide to help track this down.
