I want to change the language of Cosmic Desktop to es-419, but I haven’t found the option

It's in the "Time and Language" section. It was only recently added, so make sure you have an up-to-date version of cosmic-settings.

Yeah, but I couldn't find es-419

Choosing a Latin American country should select es-419
