The "Switch to workspace N" keyboard shortcuts require that you first switch the right output, meaning more keystrokes or using the mouse.
I feel that if I have 6 workspaces open they should be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, not 1, 2, 3 and 1, 2, 3. It would be good if there were some way that you could have workspaces 1, 2, 3 on output 1, and 4, 5, 6 on output 2, so that a single keyboard shortcut goes to the desired workspace directly.
Maybe this would be done in conjunction with permanent workspaces pop-os/cosmic-epoch#513 and #29 and particularly pop-os/cosmic-workspaces-epoch#93 which is about dragging workspaces and logically could include dragging them between monitors.
