The Issue:
I am unable to select a custom download area in Settings on Firestick 4K max, no response when pressing the option and the default storage goes to the firesticks tiny storage area (storage/emulated/0/android/data/pct.droid.tv). When attempting to change the 'storage location' in settings the button just flashed and does nothing

What i would like to happen:
I would like for Popcorntime to download and cache movies/data to my external USB drive i have connected rather than the firestick internal storage. If there is a way id appreciate info on how to solve the issue.

Attempted troubleshooting:
I have allowed all permissions through when asked and have been to application settings to allow popcorntime to access storage.
I have tried moving the application to the external drive but the storage location stays the same.
Tried formatting the drive for internal storage

This is not working for me in the TV app but it is in the mobile app.

The same happens in my Chromecast with Google TV. The problem of using the internal storage is that the cache fills the internal storage and then nothing works and the video doesn't play.
