Bug description

When circle/slider tool is selected right clicking does nothing when in stable it creates a new combo this is how I and as far as I'm aware most mappers make new comboes. I don't see any reason to get rid of this functionality, it's a large part of what makes the editor feel awful right now.

I hate this. Why did I ever overload right click to both delete and toggle new combo.

On the fence over whether we should reimplement this.

I think it's necessary to be honest, you could do a poll to see how much people care about it though.

Thanks for your commentary but please leave it in our hands. You can use Q in the mean time as a better solution.

Similarly to how the Shift modifier was used to bring back delete with Right click, what about Ctrl + Right click for new combo?

Currently, Ctrl + Right click seems to just do the same as Right click, so it seems pretty safe IMO.

#31148 was the proposal for this after some IRL discussions.
