Bug description

When you start osu!lazer with DXGI API, there's a chance it will start and remain in "Composed: Flip" present mode. I couldn't find reproduction steps, it only happens after system boot-up, without previous attempts to run osu!lazer.

The main problem this issue causes is huge impact on input latency.

The issue can be mitigated for example, by re-initializing GPU via device manager. I think that changing graphics API doesn't fix the behavior, neither does restarting the game.

What does this mean? How are you starting the game?

First step forward here is to figure if anyone else can reproduce this.
