I am Yue Xin from the School of Foreign Languages in 2014, and I am one of the eight students who submitted the "Application Form for Information Disclosure" to Peking University on the morning of April 9th. I dragged my extremely tired body to write this text, explaining some things that happened to me recently.
one
After April 9, I was continuously interviewed by teachers and leaders of the college, and they lasted until one or even two in the morning twice. During the conversation, Teacher Xuegong repeatedly mentioned "whether you can graduate smoothly", "what do your mother and grandma think about this", "teacher Xuegong has the right to contact your parents directly without you". And I am preparing my graduation thesis recently, frequent interruptions and subsequent psychological pressure have seriously affected my thesis writing.

At noon on April 20, I received a reply from the school. The Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Foreign Languages, the teacher of Xuegong, and the class teacher were present. The Secretary of the Party Committee read to me the school’s reply to the application for information disclosure:
1. The level of the meeting to discuss the morality of Shenyang teachers is not enough to record
2. The investigation results of the Public Security Bureau are not within the scope of the school’s management
3. The content of Shenyang’s public review was not found due to mistakes in the work of the Chinese Department
I was disappointed by the response. But the graduation thesis submission is about to end, so I can only focus on the thesis writing first.

At about eleven o'clock in the evening on April 22, the counselor called me suddenly, but because it was too late, I didn't answer it. At one o'clock in the morning, the counselor and my mother suddenly came to my dormitory, forcibly woke me up, and asked me to delete all the materials related to the information disclosure incident in my mobile phone and computer, and to make a written promise to the Xuegong teacher after dawn intervene in this matter. Students on the same floor can testify. Later, I was taken home by my parents, and I am currently unable to return to school.
Both my mother and I stayed up all night. The school distorted the facts when contacting the mother, causing the mother to be overly frightened and emotionally broken. Because of the school's forcible and unreasonable intervention, the relationship between my mother and I almost broke down. The college's current actions have crossed the bottom line, and I am terrified and outraged.
What is the crime of applying for information disclosure? I have done nothing wrong, and I will not regret submitting the "Application Form for Information Disclosure" to exercise my honorable rights as a Peking University student.
Twenty years of child admiration and affection, I love my mother. Facing her crying, slapping myself, begging on my knees, and threatening suicide, my heart was bleeding. Under her begging, I can only go back home temporarily, but there is no way to retreat from principles, and compromise cannot solve any problems. I have no choice but to write this statement and state the whole story.
Excited, please forgive my incoherent speech.

Here, I formally make the following appeals to the School of Foreign Languages, Peking University:
1. The School of Foreign Languages of Peking University should publicly explain in written form the rules and regulations on which I pressured my parents, interviewed me in the dormitory early in the morning, and asked me to delete relevant materials related to the application for information disclosure, and clarified the illegal operations in this process , and take steps to prevent such incidents from happening again.
2. Peking University School of Foreign Languages should immediately stop all pressure on my family, formally apologize to my frightened mother and clarify the facts, and help repair the family tension caused by this incident.
3. The School of Foreign Languages of Peking University must publicly guarantee in writing that this matter will not affect my graduation, and will not continue to interfere with my thesis writing process.
4. The School of Foreign Languages of Peking University is responsible for eliminating all other adverse effects on my studies, future employment and family members.
5. The School of Foreign Languages of Peking University should make a public written response to the above appeal, and give an explanation to everyone who is concerned about this matter.
I will reserve all the rights to further pursue the responsibilities of relevant individuals and units through legal means, including but not limited to reporting to Peking University and higher authorities the serious violation of school discipline by the School of Foreign Languages.
