I found that rsxSetUpdateFragmentProgramParameter AKA cellGcmSetUpdateFragmentProgramParameter is missing in the sdk, if I understand, this function is usefull when we want to change a fragment parameter if the fragment program was already set.

TBH I don't know how I could add this myself.
