You are here because you’ve discovered a challenge or an opportunity in the public sector, and you suspect that software might help. …Now what? Well, you are in the right place.

This will be true of some readers. Those same readers will likely refer their co-workers and bosses to this content. While I can imagine that the sentence may be inviting to the first reader, I can also imagine it may be equally off-putting to the referred reader.

A more neutral stance and tone might look a bit like this:

If you are here because you’ve discovered a challenge or an opportunity in the public sector, and you suspect that software might help, then you are in the right place.

Or maybe something like:

The following material was created especially for civil servernts who have discovered a challenge or an opportunity in the public sector and suspect that software might help.
