Old shows being re-downloaded

A few of us have experienced old shows redownloading, even though they're set to Archived or Skipped. There are at least 3 posts over on Reddit about it, and it's continuing to happen. Someone mentioned that it's related to using tvdb as an indexer, but I don't see that as the case, at least not with my setup (though I could happily be wrong). In my example below, 9-1-1 is using tvmaze as an indexer

This started with an update about 2-3 weeks ago. An update that was pushed out on 5/27 actually didn't complete and I had to restore files from github to get the service to even start.

For example, 9-1-1 reset to "Wanted" overnight, but before anything could be downloaded, I did a mass update and changed every episode to "Archived." That didn't do anything, as the system is still querying indexers for episodes, even though everything is marked as Archived.
