How can I turn off AOT in the brew formula? #351

Hi!
I installed the new 29.1 build with these parameters

brew install emacs-mac --with-dbus --with-starter --with-natural-title-bar --with-native-comp --with-mac-metal --with-xwidgets --with-imagemagick --with-tree-sitter

But when I synced with doom-emacs, I noticed that AOT was turned on by default, which made the build process very long.

How can we turn this off?
